Rex has suspected chronic instability and degenerative joint disease in both stifles (knees), and he needs further diagnostics and veterinary care that Dallas Animal Services isn’t able to provide. He’d do best in a stable, supportive home where he can get that care and a treatment plan to keep him comfortable. He’s in foster care right now, and there’s no adoption fee!
